DESCRIPTION:

Water-based ink can be used in marking the tread center line in the tire production 

process and can be completely cured; at the same time, it can be applied to the 

identification of tire semi-finished products, including rubber strips and inner 

uncured parts. This product has a variety of colors and viscosities.

   คุณลักษณะพิเศษ

   หมึกพิมพ์สูตรน้ำ TML ใช้ในการกำหนดเส้นกลาง (center line) ของดอกยาง (tread) ในกระบวนการผลิตยางรถยนต์ น้ำหมึกจะแห้งสมบุรณ์ 

   หมึกพิมพ์สูตรน้ำ TML นี้มีหลายสี และหลายความหนืด (viscosities) เพื่อให้เหมาะสมกับกระบวนการผลิต

   Rubber, plastic and other polymer materials.

   CHARACTERISTICS:

   1. High solid content (higher coverage)

   2. Reduce cost, 1/10 to 1/20 of the general solvent ink usage

   3. Non-volatile organic compounds (VOC's)

   4. Little odour

   5. Bright beautiful apperance, high temparature resistant, non-stick mold

   6. Easy storage and cleaning

   7. Excellent adhesion and compatibility with rubber

   คุณสมบัติ

   2. ต้นทุนในการผลิตลดลง, 1/10 ถึง 1/20 เมื่อเทียบกับหมึกพิมพ์ solvent ทั่วๆไป

   3. ไม่มีสารระเหย (Non-VOC)

   4. ไม่มีกลิ่นฉุน
