DESCRIPTION:

The TMI-150 series us the printing equipment, which is indicated to provide product identification and process quality control for the tire and rubber production.

  CHARACTERISTICS:

  1. Non-contact printing, no damage of semi-finished product

  2. Connection with the hoster (PC, PLC) communication

  3. Inkjet printer nozzle diameter is 150μ, less amount of ink, low cost

  4. Without manual operation, realize zero error of successful identification

  5. Advanced and very stable nozzle operation

  6. Two nozzles of simultaneous printing double tread and different print information

  7. Matching ink, unchanged color and non-stick mould in the high temperature

  8. Widely used in rubber and tire industry

     7 points (high maximum  28 mm)

 OPERATION INTERFACE:

 Operataion interface uses the keyboard as the computer, which can save and call 200 units of printing contents and print the different sizes of  information in one printing (specification and shift)

 Print infomation: Character, digit, date and time, counter, shift, graphics, etc. 

  1. Character format: bold, reverse, inverted

  2, Language: Chinese or English

  3. Information storage capacity: 200 units, 50 characters for each unit, 4000 columns for each unit
